Such fantastic customer service!! I hired the hard floor cleaning, which spotlessly cleaned our cemcrete floors post renovation, as well as their carpet cleaners, which also cleaned beautifully. I would highly recommend the Cleaning Clinic.

I highly recommend booking a rental package online! I hired the carpet and upholstery cleaner and the service was excellent from start to finish. I made a note on my order asking to book the machine for the morning of the 27th of July. It arrived in the morning as requested. Thank you Megan and team :)

Great service and advice... all round!! Tried to speak to Karcher HQ and nearly bought another make due to their lack of customer service until I spoke to Cleaning Clinic. They were helpful, I got immediate attention, felt important and I got my order in 2 hours! I will now only be using them going forward. Cleaning Clinic put my hope and faith back into the Karcher product.. thank you!

I had some issues with my machine. Someone promptly came over to my house and helped.
The machines clean well without leaving your carpets too wet.

Will definitely keep using them!
